DSM Graveyard Inc Return Policy.
Non- Electrical Used Parts
DSM
Graveyard Inc. will accept returns on non-electrical used parts within
21 days of shipment. We must receive contact from the customer via
email, or telephone - not voice mail- prior to shipment of returned
item. Shipping must be paid by the customer, with shipping
confirmation number. Refund for the value of the item will be issued
after inspection has declared item faulty. No refund will be issued on
shipping and handling fees.
Electrical Used Parts
DSM Graveyard Inc does accept returns on any electrical used parts. Electrical used parts are sold as-is.
DSM Graveyard Inc. Rebuilt Parts
DSM Graveyard Inc does not warranty or return any rebuilt parts at this time. All rebuilt parts are sold as-is.
New OEM Parts
New
OEM Parts have a factor warranty. 15% re-stocking fee will be
deducted from the refund. We must receive contact from the customer
via email, telephone - not voice mail- prior to shipment of returned
item. Shipping must be paid by the customer, with shipping
confirmation number. Refund of the value of the item, minus 15%
re-stocking fee, will be issued after inspection has declared the item
faulty. No refund will be issued on shipping and handling fees.
Manufacture Warranty
Items
with manufactures warranty is to be placed with manufacture. Example,
Mitsubishi short block assembly is assumed faulty by customer.
Customer is to contact local Mitsubishi dealer, with valid engine
warranty receipt. Dealer will inspect, then declare if Mitsubishi will
honor all OEM warranty or return. DSM Graveyard Inc. does not honor
manufacturer warranty or returns.
Valid Recipt or Order #
Customer must provide proof of purchase, with either a valid receipt or order #, during any return or warranty.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a DSM Graveyard Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, DSM Graveyard Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DSM Graveyard Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DSM Graveyard Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by DSM Graveyard Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
