Here at DSM Graveyard, there are a few Special Services we can do to make life a bit easier. We are engine people, and we have been working diligently to find better ways to make engine builds and swaps easier, faster, and more affordable.

New Custom Steel Torque Plate - 4G63

This is a New Custom Torque Plate made by DSM Graveyard Inc. This is made of Steel, so they will not warp, wear, or ever change shape. These are extremely tough, and will take many years of torquing. Made .80 over so you have plenty of room for the machines to size your block to whatever you need. These are very important when boring and honing your engine block, to put stress in the block when cutting. This ensures that when you torque your cylinder head back down, that it your holes will be round, since you are putting stress back into the block the same way when you cut it. These are made to order, so allow 1-2 weeks manufacturing time. We also can make torque plates for the 6G72, and any other engine you could want. ( This will work with the EVO and 4G64)

Drill and Tap Oil Squirters - 4G63

This is our machine work to drill and tap the oil squirters on the 90-94 engine blocks, both 6 and 7 bolt. If you have a Non Turbo Block, from any 1G DOHC, we can do a Turbo Conversion. We have the tooling and machines here to drill and step the cast block so your oil squirter fits properly. Also, we thread and clean the oil journal so all you need is a set of squirters, and you are ready for your turbo build!
