We custom build Evo engines too! Believe it or not, the DSM 4g63 and Evo 4G63 share many parts, and the Evo engine can actually benefit from using DSM Parts!! Our engine build prices are the same as the 7 bolt engines, since the Evo and the 7 bolt 4G63 share crankshafts and bearings. So, we put our 7 bolt builds here. Graveyard Motorsports Reconditioned Evo 8/9 4G64 Block w/ Oil Squirters

This is our idea to correct the Evo 8/9 broken block issue. First we start with an 3rd Gen Eclipse 4G64 Block as our base. Second, we machine in oil squirter holes, so we can utilize the stock Evo 8/9 squirter and cool the pistons. After that we give the option to bake and shot peened the block to give it that brand new cast iron look. After the blocks are cleaned and hot tanked, we can bore the block to your custom size ( Stock 4G64 Bore is 86.5mm). We then finish hone the blocks within .0001 of an inch, to ensure perfect piston to wall clearance. Lastly, we deck the blocks to give them a perfectly smooth and flat deck to insure a great seal with the MLS head gaskets. Our blocks are completely ready to build, and best of all there is NO CORE.

This is our Custom Built Frankenstein Short Block Assembly for the 93-99 with the 7 Bolt Cranks. What we do in this rebuild makes the engine capable of holding well over 450HP!! The 7 Bolt Frankenstein Build has a Remanufactured Crankshaft, our Frankenstein Machined 6 Bolt Rods, and New 2g (8.5 to 1) Pistons and Rings. The Blocks are completely machined for the build ( Decked, Bored, Honed, and Hot Tanked) along with New OEM Freeze Plugs. This is awesome motor for you guys not wanting to do a OEM Replacement or have the hassle of a 6 Bolt Swap. Core Charge of $500 applies. We can pre-build your engine, and send it when you are ready, then send your core back, and we will refund your $500 Core Charge, its that easy!

This is our New "Jonny Walker" Short Block. This engine is for the 450-650 HP Rating, for the guys who want Forged Pistons and Rods. We use Remanufactured Crankshafts, that have been Polished and Inspected, or you can choose your upgrade!. Choose from the parts we carry, and build YOUR race motor! This is a great build for someone wanting a bit more than Frankenstein, but not wanting to go with the expensive forged crankshaft (Stage 3). Believe it or not, this does have a 3 month warranty! Also, the price is the same for 6 and 7 bolt engines!

This is our "Jonny Walker" Race Short Block, Stage 3. This is our highest HP Rating we offer, and comes as a fully forged rotating assembly. This gives you the choice of piston, rod, and crankshaft, from many different manufactures. This comes Standard with an Eagle Forged 4340 Steel Crankshaft, Mahley Pistons and Rings, and Scat Racing Full Floating Rods. Also comes with ARP Main Bolts Standard (and Aline Honed Block), Torque Plated Block, and your choice of Clevite or ACL Bearings. We will build these in any 4G63 or 4G64 block!

New Stage 3 Short Block - Evolution 8 - NO CORE

This is a New OEM Evolution 8 or 9 Block with all new Manley Performance internals. This short block is designed to be a great replacement idea for guys who have broken there stock block, but want a performance build, and have no core to send to be rebuild. These blocks are standard bore. Crankshafts can be swapped out for Eagle, and Pistons and Rods can be swapped as well.
