This is our New Balance Shaft Eliminator Kit for the 90-99 DSMs. This kit consists of a New OEM Eliminator Shaft, a New OEM 35mm Freeze Plug, and a New Clevite Balance Shaft Bearing Kit ( Contains all 3 bearings).   This is a very High Quality kit, with the best parts you can get.  Install Bearings 180 degrees out to plug oil passages to your non exiting shafts.  Install the eliminator shaft in place of oil pump balance shaft, and freeze plug in place of the belt driven balance shaft oil seal.

This is a Crankshaft Kit made by Crankshaft Rebuilders Inc.   This comes with matched ACL Bearings, rods, and mains.   Now, we have heard the myth that you cannot "turn" or "cut" these heat treated forged crankshafts.  We personally called Crankshaft Rebuilders Inc. with this question, and a few more to see what they had to say.  The cranks basically have a spec from Mitsubishi for how much you can cut them.   If you look at Mitsubishi's parts program, you can actually order over sized bearings for our 90-99 4G63 Turbo engines.  This proves that Mitsubishi did intend for these cranks to be cut, and the myth that you cannot cut these cranks is sort of busted.  Now,  if you are wanting to use a crank for over 500HP,  they said that this would probably not be a great idea, since these will not be as thick, but since the OEM Crankshafts have been known for 800+ HP,  We would just recommend to use these for up to 500HP.  This is the Crankshaft we use in our 450HP Rated Frankenstein Engine, and we have had great success with it!

his is a Crankshaft Kit made by Crankshaft Rebuilders Inc for the 7 Bolt 4g63 engines.   This will come with bearings to match the size of the crankshaft.  These are the cranks we use in the Frankenstein Custom build, and will easily support 450+ HP.   This crankshaft will fit all 7 bolt engines, but the bearing style change.  Oil Squirter does not matter, but we do want to know which block you are using.

These are our Virgin Crankshaft kits, that has been inspected, measured for run out, and polished.  These are NON CUT,  meaning if you are planning on running high HP on a stock crank, this is the one you want.  We have all heard the rumors about cutting cranks and removing the strength, so if you are in need of one, here they are!  These are recommended for the 500HP Plus range, when not going to a Eagle or Magnus crankshaft.  These come with Engine Pro Aluminum Bore Bearings.  Great for High Performance applications and great street ability!

This is a New Crankshaft Kit from the 2.4 blocks.  These are used for the 2.3 stroker conversion on our 4G63 Blocks.  The only thing you must make sure of, is that you get a 7 Bolt for a 7 Bolt, and a 6 Bolt for a 6 Bolt.  Other than that, you just need stroker pistons, since our normal pistons would come out of the deck.  These crankshaft kits are very high quality, and can hold over 500 HP.  These do come with matched bearings.

This is a New Eagle 4G63 Crankshaft for the 4G63 Engines.  These Crankshafts come with 3 sizes, 88mm stroke (Stock), 94mm, and 100mm (Stock for 4G64).  If you are building a high HP engine, this is the crankshaft to have.  We have not seen problems under 450HP with the OEM Cranks, but that is 2 times the HP rating on the stock crankshaft.  When going to 500+ HP, it is recommended to get one of these bad boys. ( They are lighter too! - 34.9 Lbs Vs. Stock - 35.12 Lbs.)  Specify 6 or 7 Bolt, Evo 8 and 9 use the 7 bolt.

New OEM Crankshaft - 92-99 4g63 - 7 Bolt

This is a New OEM 7 Bolt Crankshaft, for the 93-99 DSMs with the 4g63 engines.  These crankshafts are from Mitsubishi, and have not been turned.  We do offer used cranks that are in spec, and aftermarket crankshafts, that are built by Crankshaft Rebuilders Inc.

This is a New OEM Crankshaft for the 90-92 6 Bolt 4g63 engines.  This is for the Turbo and the Non Turbo engines, since they share the same part #.   These crankshafts cannot be turned, since they are heat treated, and machining them will weaken them.   These are for the few than need a New OEM Mitsubishi Crankshaft.
